Broker Guidelines
This program allows Licensed Real Estate Professionals to find just the right home for his or her client with a minimum of administrative involvement.
- The Licensed Real Estate Professional must personally escort prospective buyers to sales office and introduce buyers on their first visit to Fieldstone staff. Buyer must purchase within 90 days of registration or agent must re-register Buyer. Also eligible are return prospective buyers who have not visited this sales office within the last six months. Fieldstone will only pay one referral fee per homebuyer.
- The Licensed Real Estate Professional must then fully complete a registration form that will be provided by our staff. A copy will be given to you for your records.
- The pricing of the home and options are established and we do not entertain counter-offers.
- Fieldstone reserves the right to cancel or change the Broker Referral Program at any time.
- Fieldstone agents will administer the transaction and escrow process.
- Once the client has purchased a Fieldstone Broker Referral Form and Broker W9 form will need to be completed. No referral can be paid until these forms are completed by the Broker and returned to the sales office.
- Upon the close of escrow, the Broker will receive a 3% referral fee (4% for Siena III) on the price of the home at the time of contract which will be paid through escrow.
