New Home Builder, FieldStone Homes had their 2nd annual company-wide chili cook off. Not only a fun and team building event for employees, it is also a time to get our new home lenders and REALTOR Partners in the community involved with the fun side of FieldStone Homes. The day was filled with live music, great food, games and a special fundraising dunking booth.
This year, each department and new home community had their own team. Fourteen teams were responsible for creating and building their own booth and cooking their own chili from scratch. Cornerstone, our lender partner cooked up some yummy fajitas and provided drinks the event. Parrish & Company, our cabinet vendor, provided the huge barbeque pit. Our Real Estate partners in San Antonio, judged the booths for best showmanship and anonymously judged the chili to choose the winners.
After the winners were chosen, FieldStone Homes’ employees and Real Estate partners donated money for chance to “Dunk Management” in the dunking booth. Over $200 was raised to help with medical bills for child with cancer.
