New Construction at Pineae Gardens

While most of us are hearing about home sales declining across the nation, several Fieldstone Homes communities are bucking the trend. One of those new home communities, Centerville’s Pineae Gardens, has seen a huge increase in activity since Fieldstone Homes took over the project in January of 2011. In the first 3 1/2 months of this year Fieldstone has sold 15 homes in this fast growing community.

CenterPoint Legacy Theatre

Great things coming to Centerville!!!

One great addition to the Centerville community opened its doors in February. The CenterPoint Legacy Theatre opened directly across the street from Fieldstone’s Pineae Gardens community at the corner of 400 west and Parrish Lane. This 540 seat multi-stage theater complex is a community-created and community-supported theater that showcases Broadway style productions.

This year the CenterPoint Legacy Theatre is featuring plays such as Hairspray, Annie, Civil War, Sleepy Hollow, and A Christmas Carol. For more information or to buy tickets you can go to www.Centerpointetheatre.org.

Centerville is also just months away from having yet another great entertainment destination. Coming this October is a brand new 28 acre development that includes a 14 screen Megaplex theater that features an IMAX screen and new D-box seats. D-box seats synchronize the movement of the seats with the action going on the movie screen. The development will also include retail shopping and there are rumors of a bowling alley/fun center also joining the project.
