The new Gatewood Model Home Park in Cibolo is moving along quickly. The siding is up, the windows are in and the electrical work has started and we have passed inspections. So we are now on the fourth checkpoint of the FieldStone Certified Home Program. The sheetrock has been delivered and both models are ready for drywall.

The REHAU Plumbing System has also been installed. This advanced plumbing system consists of RAUPEX PEX pipe and the EVERLOCK fitting system. This system has a better water flow than equivalent copper tube systems that are in a majority of older homes. REHAU’s PEX plumbing system is a proven reliable system that provides pure, clean drinking water. It provides years of consistent flow and water pressure, resists scaling and deposit build-up, quiet operations and has a 25-year limited warranty.
The beginning work of the air conditioning and heating system is also going in. Every FieldStone home is an ENERGY STAR® Certified home which means your heating and cooling bills will be less expensive and that your home is more energy efficient.
