The new model park at Gatewood has now passed its fifth FieldStone Certified Home checkpoint. Interior trim is in and looks great. Now it is time for the sixth checkpoint which is painting.

The exteriors of our models are looking great. These elevations show some of our newest color packages that are now available at our 7,500-sq-ft HomeFitting® Center.
Next week we will move on to our seventh checkpoint which is the mechanical trim, flooring, tile, lighting, plumbing and HVAC.
