The housing marketing in San Antonio has continued to remain strong through the end of 2009. Seems like first time home buyers benefited the most from the expiring tax credit for new homes. For the first part of 2010 it remains a buyer’s market, especially for the first time home buyer. Check out this article from MySanAntonio.com. The median price on a new home in San Antonio for December was $148,000, up 4% from 2008. There still remains to be some great locations with home prices starting in the $120′. There are some great New Braunfels homes ready for move-in.
