New Construction at Pineae Gardens
While most of us are hearing about home sales declining across the nation, several Fieldstone Homes communities are bucking the trend. One of those new home communities, Centerville’s Pineae Gardens, has seen a huge increase in activity since Fieldstone Homes took over the project in January of 2011. In the first 3 1/2 months of this year Fieldstone has sold 15 homes in this fast growing community.

These new floor plans will bring a new and refreshed look to Pineae Gardens. The new plans include two affordable two story plans and one new rambler plan. Stay tuned for more information.
