What Is the Model Finish Standard?

The term "Model Finish Standard" is our reference to what you can expect as to appearance, and is our standard of measurement for finishing your home. The models for your project include typical finishes, colors, and textures of numerous materials that could be in your home. As an example, cabinets normally will have variations in color and wood grain, which would be exhibited in the models. This is true for many other materials as well. Therefore, questions that may arise with regard to the finishes of your home will first be evaluated by comparing whether your finishes are within the range of our model finishes. Please note that our Model Finish Standard is merely a comparison measure for the appearance of finishes in your home, and does not imply that your home will contain exactly the same features, finishes, or characteristics of our model homes. As noted in your Master Customer Agreement, the models are displayed only as illustrations, and your home can and will differ in many respects depending on selected options and other matters.
