When Is My Homeowner Orientation?

Your Final Homeowner Orientation date will be set following the Fieldstone Quality Check #7 Inspection. It is generally within 3 to 4 weeks after the Quality Inspection.

This is the time when the Warranty Representative will walk you through your completed home and demonstrate the operational and maintenance aspects of your home. Again, the goal is to have your home Complete On Delivery.

If there are items that you find incomplete, or do not meet our Model Finish Standards, then those items should be listed on the Final Homeowner Orientation checklist as requiring completion or correction. This is important, as you will be asked to accept your home as complete and acceptable. Only matters relating to the First Year Performance Guarantee and Limited Warranty will be addressed following your final acceptance. There are five days scheduled from this point to the close of escrow to make any final corrections in order to deliver your home Complete On Delivery. This is also the time to ask any questions on the features of your home and to learn the process to submit future requests for service.
