Time to Build Your New Home
We work on a schedule that takes about five months to complete your home, from trench to close of escrow. A working day must have weather conditions permitting work to progress. When adverse conditions occur, such as rain, that affect the ability of work crews to perform in a safe and productive environment, the On-site Construction Manager will assess the duration of the weather related delay and will declare the delay as a schedule delay or a workable condition. For instance, carpenters are unable to work during rainy conditions, while some interior processes could feasibly continue in homes that are further along in the construction process.
