Why can't I make more changes at these early stages?
Picture us as a manufacturing plant. We complete a significant amount of work and mobilize a number of subcontractors and suppliers long before any visible work takes place on your home. Making changes will not only be expensive for you, but often it is not possible to stop the work flow that we have committed to our subcontractors and suppliers. This would be like trying to reroute the conveyor belt in the manufacturing plant for one home while still keeping all the other homes going in a straight line. Operating as a manufacturing plant is the key reason we are able to produce such excellent value for you, but it introduces an element of complexity which cannot be ignored. We are committed to protecting this value for all of our customers.
