- Statements for all 401k, Retirement, Stock, Mutual Funds, etc.
Creditors
- A full credit report will be ordered
Landlord Information (if applicable):
- Names, addresses and phone numbers of all landlords for past two years
Bankruptcy
- Complete discharge papers with all schedules
- Detailed letter of explanation
VA Loan (if applicable):
- DD214 and Certificate of Eligibility
Divorce Decree (if applicable):
- Property settlement agreement
- Quit Claim Deed
