Final Appointments:
- Homebuyer's Guide and Warranty Manual
- Option Price Book - The Option Price Book that is sent to you at the time of purchase needs to be brought to your Final Appointment.
- Check Book or Cashier's Checks made payable to the Escrow company handling your new home purchase.
- Due to the length of time for your appointment, we suggest that you make arrangements for child care.
