What If I Want To Make a Change After My Final Appointments?

Our ability to offer No Cost and Option Choices ties directly to a finely tuned construction schedule. The schedule allows us to identify when selections must be made to prohibit both disruption of the construction process and delay of home delivery. Any requests to add, delete or change the original Options or Selections Agreement are strongly discouraged. Our schedules are a critical part of building and completing your home on time and accurately. Late changes create the possibility for installation mistakes or missing items.

All requests to add, delete, or change the original Option or Selection Agreement are discouraged and will be treated as requests only. There will be a $200 nonrefundable processing fee PER ITEM for any requests made after the applicable Final Appointment. This is only a request and will not guarantee the change will be done. The HomeFitting Coordinator will need to verify with the Superintendent, Purchasing and Subcontractors as to the ability to make the change and the cost for the requested change. If the Change Request is accepted, the option pricing after the Cut-off Dates may be higher than the original pricing. Any approved changes must be approved in writing and signed by the Buyer and an authorized Fieldstone representative.

PAYMENT IN FULL WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ANY APPROVED CHANGE REQUEST.
