When Must I Finalize All My Choices?
The Stage Two and Stage Three Cut-off Dates are set forth in the Master Customer Agreement. These are the dates by which you will have to make all of your Standard, No Cost and Option Choice selections for each Stage. As such, your Final HomeFitting® Appointments will need to take place on or before the respective Cut-off Dates for each Stage. It is recommended that you schedule your appointments immediately after you have completed all your sales agreements. If you wait to the very end of the Cut-off Dates, appointment slots may not be available. Please remember that ALL of your HomeFitting® choices and selections for each Stage are considered FINAL at the time of the respective Final Appointment date. If you do not make selections by the Stage Two and Stage Three Cut-off Dates, Fieldstone will cancel your sales agreement or build your home with only those HomeFitting® options and selections specified in the original Sales Agreement or applicable HomeFitting® options or HomeFitting® Selection Agreement.
