Pre-Closing Process
When Will Escrow Close and When Will I Receive the Keys to My New Home?
Close of escrow will be scheduled no later than the fifth working day following the Final Homeowner Orientation. During this time, any remaining items identified at your Final Homeowner Orientation will be completed. Your Warranty Representative will schedule time to meet you at your home to verify that your home is Complete on Delivery. The Sales and Escrow team will coordinate the funding of the loan and the transfer of title. Once confirmed, the Sales Counselor will call you to pick up your keys at the sales office.
