Pre-Closing Process
What Is the Pre-Move-In Breakfast/Dinner and Orientation, and Why Do I Need To Attend?
You will be invited to a Pre-Move-In Breakfast / Dinner and Orientation where you will have an opportunity to meet your neighbors as well as your Sales, Construction and Warranty Team. Here you will discuss the closing process including the Fieldstone Quality Inspection, Final Homeowner Orientation process, Close of Escrow, and the Home Builder's Limited Warranty with the Fieldstone team. This is an important part of your Final Homeowner Orientation and Move-In process and we need you to attend. Due to the length and nature of the meeting, we request that you do not bring your children. Your Sales Counselor will notify you of the date and time of this meeting.
