When Do I Set Up Utility Service to My New Home?
You should call the utility companies to set up service in your name approximately five (5) days prior to your scheduled Final Homeowner Orientation. See your Sales Counselor for a list of the utility companies and their phone numbers. You must transfer the utilities into your name within 72 hours after close of escrow or they will be turned off.
