Homeowner Orientation - When Does this Happen?
A Final Homeowner Orientation of your new home will take place once the home has been completed approximately five working days prior to the closing of escrow. Your Sales Counselor will call you to set up the date and time.
At this time you should start making calls to arrange for the utilities to be transferred into your name and plan for your move. Your Sales Counselor will provide you with a list of names and numbers for your convenience.
We recommend that you allow at least a one week buffer from the date you expect to close to the day you plan on moving. In case something unforeseen should happen, these recommendations will prevent the added stress of deciding where you and your belongings will reside until escrow is closed.
On the day of your Final Homeowner Orientation, you go directly to your new home and meet with your Fieldstone Representative who will spend approximately one to two hours with you inspecting your new home and demonstrating its features.
