The first person you met in your search for a new home were our Sales Counselors. Your Sales Counselor will be your point of contact during all phases of the purchasing process. We at Fieldstone pride ourselves on the sales staff that represents us. They are thoroughly knowledgeable in all areas regarding the purchase of a new home. You will find them to be helpful in the financing, construction and closing phases.
The purchase of a new home is a unique and emotional experience. We are committed to make the home buying process a pleasant and exciting experience.
One way to achieve that is to initially consolidate as many activities as possible under the responsibility of one person. Your Sales Counselor will act as your point of contact during all the phases of the buying process.
We encourage you to ask your Sales Counselor questions. They will take as much time with you as circumstances allow. Certain times, especially weekends, are much busier than others. At those times, your Sales Counselor may be working with others, so there could be a short delay in getting back to you with answers. Be assured that they will.
