The Sales Process
Seller's Notice
During the home buying process, you will receive "Seller's Notice" which sets forth important milestones for completing the purchase of your new home. Seller's Notice includes the following important dates: (i) the due date for submitting your Lender Declaration; and (ii) the due date for submitting your Unconditional Loan Approval. It is critical that you perform these obligations by the dates set forth in Seller's Notice and your failure to do so could result in Fieldstone's cancellation of the Purchase Agreement.
