Survey Process

As part of our ongoing efforts to continuously improve the home buying process, we will be having a third party market research company, call all of our new home buyers periodically to get your thoughts and opinions about your recent experiences during the home buying process. Shortly after you have made your HomeFitting® selections, you will receive the first of three or more telephone interviews from the third party research firm. We encourage you to take a moment of your time to share with them about how Fieldstone has done in creating an enjoyable home buying experience. Each of these surveys will cover a different aspect of your home buying experience and we encourage you to be open and honest with your remarks.

The research company will try to reach you at your home and never at your place of business or your cell phone. If they inadvertently contact you at these locations, they will ask you when would be a good time to phone you at home. It is not our intention to bother you, but only to obtain your valuable input. We encourage you to contact us if your home phone number changes, so that we may contact you throughout the home buying process.
