Closing Process
Now that you have closed your escrow, we will ask the market research firm to contact you once again. At this time we will ask about your Closing Process and your Homeowner Orientation. Not only will they ask you to rate your Closing Representative, but all the other key personnel as well. This would include your Sales Counselor, HomeFitting Coordinator, Construction Superintendent and your Mortgage Counselor – if you used TFC Mortgage.
If we have done a good job, you hopefully had an enjoyable home buying experience, so we will ask you again, if you would recommend Fieldstone to a friend or family member.
