Survey Process
TFC Mortgage and Walkthrough
Shortly after your Walkthrough, you will again be contacted by our third party market research firm regarding your Mortgage Counselor and Construction Superintendent. Refer to the Survey section for a complete discussion of the survey process.
This survey asks questions about TFC Mortgage and the Walkthrough experience (which is optional, but very important). Again, they will ask you questions about your home buying experience related to these areas and ask you to rate your Mortgage Counselor and your Construction Superintendent. These questions will pinpoint the areas we focus most on and what we can do to improve.
