Survey Process
Sales and HomeFitting Experience
This survey covers two aspects of your home buying experience. The first is the Sales Process and the Sales Counselor. As in all of our surveys, the questions are straight forward and very easy for you to respond. They will ask you if certain processes were explained to you and how you would rate your Sales Counselor so far.
The question rating your Sales Counselor and other key people you will come in contact with in the future, is a five-point scale from Greatly Exceeded your Expectations to Did Not Meet my Expectations. This same format follows throughout our survey process.
The second part of the survey asks questions regarding our HomeFitting® Center, where you made your HomeFitting® selections. Again, they will ask you some straight forward questions about the selection process, option pricing, and to rate the HomeFitting Coordinator, the person who helped you at the Design Center.
You will also have a chance to share any comments you would like us to know. Since we hope that you are having an enjoyable home buying experience, we would like to know if you would refer Fieldstone Communities to a friend or family member.
