In our continuing pursuit of providing excellent customer service, Fieldstone has established a dedicated staff of Warranty Service Representatives to service your requests.
All Limited Warranty service requests, including items covered under the First-Year Performance Guarantee, should be submitted in writing to Fieldstone's Warranty Service Department. Warranty requests may be sent via e-mail to warranty@fieldstone-homes.com
It is our policy to complete repairs and replacements within 15 days from the date your request is processed. At times, due to circumstances that are beyond our control, some repairs may take more than thirty days. Delays can be caused by shortage of materials, back ordered parts from manufacturers, labor problems and inclement weather. Your Warranty Service Representative will keep you informed of work scheduled for your home.
Fieldstone Warranty Service Representatives and its subcontractors will not enter your home if children are present without adult supervision.
