| Unit too close to door |

Make necessary repairs to provide
space recommended by manufacturer and local building regulations
of unit involved. |
| Improper clearance to change
filters |
Filter should be easily accessible. |
Make corrections to allow easy removal
of obstruction to filter access after the completion of
the installation. |
| Air conditioner does not adequately
cool house |
Air conditioner load estimates are
outlined under Title 24. The unit installed should conform
with these regulations. |
Make proper repairs or adjustments
to install properly the air conditioner specified under
the contract. |

Correct deficiency if within the First-Year
Performance Guarantee period or within limits of manufacturer's
warranty. |
| Condensation lines broken,
incomplete, or improperly routed |

Make necessary corrections if within
the First-Year Performance Guarantee period. |
| Water leaking into distribution
system |
None acceptable. |
Correct if water leaks into duct work
not properly sealed by Fieldstone and within the one-year
