| Leaks in stucco, foundation, or masonry walls. | No leaks resulting in actual trickling of water are acceptable. However, leaks caused by improper landscaping installed by homeowner, or failure of homeowner to maintain proper grades are not Fieldstone's responsibility. | Take such action as necessary to correct basement or masonry wall leaks except where the cause is determined to result from homeowner negligence. |
