Request For Services

We suggest that you first review the Home Builder's Limited Warranty and First-Year Performance Guarantee sections before you request service. This will help you to determine if your request is covered by the Limited Warranty or is considered to be your responsibility. Also, if possible, give yourself enough time to accumulate several items on one request. We suggest you live in your home for at least 30 days before sending in a service request.

For regular (non-emergency) service situations, use one of the "Request for Service" forms or fill out the online Request for Service Form. Fill out the form completely, including your lot number, name of your development, address and work and home phone numbers with the area codes. Provide a brief description of the work requested and its location in your home.

When your Request for Service is processed, your Warranty Service Representative will schedule an appointment to determine the item or items that are covered by the Limited Warranty. If possible, covered items will be repaired or replaced at that time. If the work cannot be completed immediately, you will be notified of the date and approximate time that the work is scheduled for your home.

Section VII of the Limited Warranty document contains additional information and requirements for requesting service under the Limited Warranty.

NOTE: The procedures for requesting service under the terms of the Limited Warranty are not intended to be, and do not constitute, alternative non-adversarial procedures as defined in California Civil Code Section 914.
