Warranty Service Program
Manufacturer's Coverage
Defects in appliances and other manufactured products are covered by a separate coverage from their manufacturer. We have provided these manufacturers' warranties to you on the day of your Homeowner Orientation and you should follow their procedures for warranty claims, including the completion of the warranty registration cards. The Limited Warranty does not extend to such appliances and other manufactured products.
If you find a defect in a manufactured product, contact the manufacturer directly. If you need assistance in contacting the manufacturer, or cannot get the complaint resolved to your satisfaction, please notify Fieldstone in writing. Your Warranty Service Representative will gladly help you. These manufactured items include, but are not limited to:
- Appliances
- Exhaust fans
- Floor covering
- Garage door opener
- Smoke detector
- Water heater
