Warranty Service Program

Patios

Patios and other structures that you add to your home are your responsibility. Check with building officials and your homeowners’ association to make certain that your plans comply with local building codes and CC&Rs. It is likely that permits will be required. A licensed contractor is best qualified to perform this work.
