First-Year Performance Guarantee - Wood and Plastic Doors
It should be pointed out that stain grade doors are subject to color variations due to the inherent characteristics of the wood veneer. However, both stain grade and painted doors should be completely sealed, including the tops and bottoms to reduce the possibility of warpage and delamination.

| Warping of exterior doors | Exterior wood doors will warp to some degree, due to the temperature differential on inside and outside faces. However, they should not warp to the extent that they become inoperable or cease to be weather resistant. Warp/twist tolerance is measured from hardware to jamb. The National Woodwork Manufacturers Association allowable tolerances and exclusions should apply (1/4" in most cases). | Repair, adjust or replace if not within allowable tolerance. |
