First-Year Performance Guarantee - Interior Glass
Defective glass must be reported to Fieldstone within 30 days of first occupancy.

| Scratches on glass surfaces | Scratches which are readily visible in normal daylight at 15'. | Replace glass if it does not meet acceptable tolerance. |
| Malfunction of windows and sliding glass doors | Windows and sliding glass doors should operate with reasonable ease. | Correct as necessary. |
| Cracked or broken glass | None prior to Homeowner Orientation. | Repair cracked or broken glass reported at the Homeowner Orientation only. |
| Dual glazed windows | Dual glazed windows and patio doors should not be subject to ruptured seals during the manufacturer's warranty period. | Repair ruptured seals. |
