| Defective Plumbing Fixtures or trim fittings and hot water heater | Fixtures or fittings should be judged by to the manufacturer's standards. Electrical hot water elements' warranty is only for a period of one year. | Replace any fixture or fitting which is outside acceptable standards as defined by the manufacturer during the first year. After that, the homeowner must contact the manufacturer. |
