Quality of interior trim workmanship No gap or separation shall exceed 1/8" in width at the time home is delivered to new homeowner. Repair defective joints.
Pocket door rubs against frames or casing Pocket doors sometimes warp, which is beyond the builder's control. Moreover, they are particularly susceptible to abuse. Adjust pocket door.

Nailing on rough and smooth materials Nails or staples should be driven flush or countersunk. Holes should not be filled on rough sawn. However, on smooth surfaced material they shall be countersunk and filled. Meet above standards.
