Warranty Service Program

Seller's Warranty Obligations

If a defect in materials or workmanship covered by the Limited Warranty or the First-Year Performance Guarantee occurs, Fieldstone Warranty Service Department and its Warranty Service Representatives will repair or replace the defective items within a reasonable time, at no cost to the homeowner. Fieldstone will not reimburse the homeowner, or his agent, for any repairs made by others without prior written consent from Fieldstone Warranty Service Department.

Steps taken by Fieldstone to correct defects shall not extend its limited warranty period under either the Limited Warranty or the First-Year Performance Guarantee.
