Subcontractor Service
Fieldstone subcontractor service hours are normally Monday through Friday between 7:00 am and 3:00 pm. Repairs approved by Fieldstone will be scheduled during these approximate times. Fieldstone will not be responsible to reimburse the homeowner for lost wages from work associated with subcontractors completing repairs.
For your convenience, you can release the key to your home to your Fieldstone Warranty Service Representative who will coordinate the repairs directly with the subcontractors inside your home. While repairs are being coordinated in your home, your key will be kept in a locked safe for your protection. Please ask your Warranty Service Representative for more details.
Our subcontractors are responsible for their original work. Do not contact independent subcontractors to make warranty repairs for you. Fieldstone will not be responsible for expenses that you incur for work that is done by others unless the work is authorized, in writing, by Fieldstone Warranty Service Department. Also, using others may void your coverage under the Limited Warranty.
Fieldstone's subcontractors take pride in their level of service and their quality of workmanship. If you are dissatisfied in any way with one of our subcontractors, contact your Warranty Service Representative or our office immediately. Your comments help us to maintain the high level of service that you expect.
