Framing Walkthrough

When Does This Happen?

Prior to installation of drywall, the Framing Walkthrough will be scheduled. This Walkthrough is voluntary, but we urge you to take part. Your Sales Counselor will call to schedule this Walkthrough. You will meet with the Construction Field Team to view your home in the framing stage. This is your opportunity to confirm installation of framing and electrical options. Because time is of the essence at this stage, appointments cannot be rescheduled, as they are driven by the construction schedule and city inspections. (A list of changes allowed at this time is included in the Construction Process Section.)

You must pay for any changes you desire on site at the end of your Framing Walkthrough. These prices will be higher than if the items were selected during the HomeFitting appointment. Sometime following this Walkthrough, your Sales Counselor will send an invitation for you to attend the Pre-Move-In Breakfast/Dinner Orientation for new homeowners.
