It is our policy to maintain our commitment to honesty and integrity in all of our transactions. We stand behind the Fieldstone values established years ago by its founders.

For your protection, and ours, it is absolutely necessary that any agreements that you and the Sales Counselor reach be documented and signed by you and an authorized Fieldstone representative.

This is particularly true of agreements that differ from the standard purchase contract. These agreements would include any changes in options and financing. Our goal is to eliminate any confusion, misunderstandings or even forgetfulness that sometimes can result from verbal communications.
