A Message from the Executive Director
On behalf of the Board of Directors and Staff, it is my pleasure to welcome you to the Fieldstone Foundation. We are pleased to have this opportunity to share the philosophy and programs of the Foundation with you, especially as we celebrate our 25th anniversary!
Over the past 25 years, we have worked on the belief that non profit organizations need strong leadership as well as critical financial resources in order to deliver effective and efficient services to our communities. We also believe that non profit leaders need a network of relationships to learn, grow and partner with as they do their important work. Thus, the Foundation provides financial grants to non profit organizations working in our focus areas and hosts leadership training programs for executive directors, emerging leaders and board members throughout the sector.
Anniversaries provide us with important opportunities to look back at good times and good work as well as a time to create and carry out our next vision. It has been a privilege to work with our communities in Southern California, Utah and Texas over the past 25 years and we look with great promise to continuing to give, serve and lead together with you in the future.
