Leadership Network
Strengthening the nonprofit sector at large is important to the Fieldstone Foundation. We've discovered that it is often more important to "teach people to fish" rather than just giving them "fish." By providing leadership programs, we help strengthen the leader's ability to lead, which in turn benefits the organization and its ability to deliver services more effectively and efficiently. We also believe the success of nonprofits begins with recognizing common goals and building a fellowship where collaborative thinking prevails.
To meet this goal, The Fieldstone Leadership Network was created in 1994 and has evolved into an innovative series of leadership programs. The Leadership Network consists of three programs in a variety of formats. These highly focused programs offer nonprofit leaders immediate results affecting both their personal and professional lives. With more able leadership at the helm, volunteers, staff, and board members report transformational experiences and processes that re-energize their working relationships and produce day-to-day improvements. With a revitalized sense of mission and a strengthened commitment to problem solving and strategic planning, agencies also see their impact multiplied into the broader community.
