When construction of your home reaches a point at which weather and other factors are unlikely to impact its final
completion, we will use our best efforts to specify a firm closing date and will try to notify you 30 days in
advance of your home’s final completion date.

What Is My First Step?
The closing of your new FieldStone home will be handled by a professional agent at the title company. When the escrow agent receives the approved loan package and loan documents from the lender, the title company will contact you to schedule an appointment to sign their closing documents.Upon your arrival, you will meet your Closer to review and sign the closing documents. You will also find out what closing paperwork you will need to have at time of closing. After you have signed all the paperwork, we have received all your funds and all the lender requirements have been met, FieldStone Homes is notified and your sales counselor is authorized to release the keys to your new home.
