1. Is Fieldstone going to continue to build homes in San Antonio?
   After building more than 3,000 new homes in the greater San Antonio area since 2003, Fieldstone is exiting the Texas market and will no longer be building new homes here.


2. Is Fieldstone going out of business?
   Absolutely not. Fieldstone has made the decision to leave Texas, but will continue warranty and customer services operation in Texas and will continue its homebuilding operations in California and Utah. We have been in business for 30 years and have built more than 30,000 homes.


3. Does Fieldstone still have homes for sale in San Antonio?
   Fieldstone has approximately 120 completed homes and models in 14 different communities throughout the greater San Antonio area. Homes are available for any size family or budget with floor plans ranging from 900 to more than 3,600 square feet.


4. What incentives are available for purchasing these homes?
   Fieldstone has instituted special pricing and other flexible incentives. Please check with our sales offices for details.
