New Home Frame Walk

Once the frame for your home has been put in place, we invite you to walk with the construction manager as we take a look at the progress to date. We review the structural items, in-home options to be installed and even discuss how the property will drain. This is also another great opportunity for you to ask questions so you’ll feel secure about your new home in Utah.

How To Schedule

Your Sales Counselor will call you to schedule this meeting as the time approaches for your frame walk. Because time is of the essence at this stage, appointments cannot be rescheduled, as they are driven by the home building construction schedule and Utah city inspections.
