Inspecting Your New Home
During the construction phase, your home will go through more than 20 inspections.
FieldStone Utah conducts its own inspections but we also hire outside inspectors to scrutinize every aspect
of the structure.
FieldStone uses Housing Energy Rating Specialists to inspect your home to make sure it can be ENERGY STAR® Qualified. That means the home is thoroughly sealed and well-insulated, includes air ducts that are tightly constructed to prevent air loss, contains windows that efficiently handle heat and cold, and is inspected by a certified third party to verify all of these items.
More Inspections
City inspectors verify both structural and mechanical finishing for quality installation in all our new Utah homes. But we are still not done. FieldStone’s own insurance provider assigns risk engineers to provide quarterly inspections at all phases of home construction.By the time FieldStone completes a new home in Utah, customers can be certain that every home building detail has been studied, installed and inspected with great care. That type of quality construction gives homeowners peace of mind. Let’s face it, buying a new home is a major step for any family and your homebuilder's job is to make things go right. FieldStone families can count on that type of customer care.
