The easy to follow "Commonly Asked Finance Questions" is an excellent place to find the answers to questions that others have asked. Chances are, your questions will be somewhere on this list. If not, please call your Sales staff.

Process - One of the first questions we get from
our buyers is, “When will my new home be ready?” You will

We also cover visiting the construction site, the pre-construction meeting and some helpful information on options. Please read the section on installing personal items during construction carefully. - Pre-Closing Process - This section will guide you through the period just prior to becoming the proud owner of your new Fieldstone home. We hope you will study this section thoroughly because things can happen fast in the final days. It is a good idea to know what to expect so you can be prepared. Delays during this phase can be disappointing as well as costly.
