Pre-Closing Process

What Happens After I Meet With My Lender and Sign All the Applications?

About one month prior to the close of escrow your Sales staff will call you to make sure you have provided all necessary updated documentation to your lender. This enables the loan process to be finalized and your loan documents to be drawn and sent to escrow. Your Escrow Officer will facilitate the closing process.

You will need to obtain a fire insurance policy for one year through an insurance agent of your choice. Contact your lender for minimum requirements and have your insurance agent contact your Escrow Officer to make arrangements to provide escrow with an insurance binder. Your lender will not fund and escrow will not close without a Fire Insurance Binder in place.
