Congratulations on the purchase of your new Fieldstone home

To help you care for your new home and enjoy living in it, we have provided you with a Fieldstone "New Homebuyer's Guide and Warranty Manual".

Please read your homeowner's manual thoroughly when you receive it. It will help you to become familiar with your new home and provide useful tips for proper care and maintenance. Be sure to bring it with you for your final orientation. If you have any questions we will be happy to answer them at that time.

You will notice throughout the text of your New Homebuyer's Guide and Warranty Manual the use of the word "home". This is a reference to your dwelling whether it is a house, condominium or townhouse.

For a period of one year, your home is covered by Fieldstone's Limited Warranty. Should a warranty problem occur, our Warranty Service Department is available to assist you. The procedure for requesting warranty service can be found in your homebuyer's manual under the Warranty Service section.
