Mountain View Village 13400 South & Mountain View Corridor, Riverton, UT 98096

Mountain View Village is a new 85 acre, 1,000,000,000 square foot commercial development located in Riverton, Utah, and will include retail stores, restaurants, office space, a gym, a luxury movie theater, and a hotel. Phase 1 of this highly anticipated development looks to open June 2018. The Mountain View Village will become a gathering place in Riverton for my Utah residents.

Mountain View Village will be constructed throughout three phases: Phase 1 will include anchor retail stores, including a Harmons who is building a new prototype grocery store, Phase 2 is set to include more specialty retail, and Phase 3 will focus on the office complex.

The development is brought to the area by CENTERCAL Properties, LLC who is the same developer of the successful Station Park center in Farmington, Utah, which has attracted retailers such as Apple, Nike, Nordstrom, Victoria's Secret, and many other national brands. Station Park also has many great restaurant options like Chipotle, Barbacoa, Zupas, Blue Lemon, Chick-fil-A, and many more.
